Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors - Vintage Guitar Show 2010

Subscription Application

1. Subscribers to Vintage Guitar Show 2010 are bound by the terms and conditions

Approvals

1. Decisions on exhibitors partaking in the show rest with the organisers
2. The organisers can limit the number of exhibitors as with the brand names or products
3. The organisers may, without disclosure for any reason exclude an exhibitor or application
4. By applying to partake, the exhibitor recognises the attached terms and conditions

Stands

1. Allocation of stands rests solely with the organisers. Any special wishes on display variations will be considered but no guarantees given
2. With reference to public attendance, exhibitors are duty-bound to commence disassembly of stands by 4.00pm Sunday

Safety and Security

1. During the exhibition, exhibitors have a responsibility to ensure safe storage of packaging
2. During the shows opening times, staff will be available to assist where required to ensure smooth running
3. Vintage-show.dk has arranged appropriate event insurance covering exhibited instruments damaged in connection with water or fire damage¹.
4. Exhibitors must ensure insurance is in place for other associated risks, including theft
5. In respect of exhibited items, vintage-show.dk will provide security watch within the show area from 5.00pm Friday until 4.00pm Sunday both at opening and closed periods. Special security arrangements will be in place outside exhibition hours
6. In respect of Vintage Instruments Musikmessen.dk undertake to make the visiting public aware that instruments should not be touched without the explicit permission of the exhibitor. Exhibitors may, of course mark such instruments as ’Do not touch’
